well the neighbours think im barmy...been out in the back garden collecting lob worms of the lawn got about 25 in half hour would have had more but them buggers can shift when you try to grab em!!!!!

have you seen them things that avanti are selling that send vibrations in to the ground which bring the worms to the surface, dont know whether they work like but theyve been reduced from 100 quid down to 30, probz coz there poo, i was thinking about getting one but its probrably more hassle than its worth and id rither just buy a kilo.

Make sure  you rinse them off well mate.I used soapy water on the playing field out the back . You get loads but they dont keep very well . All the little ones die . Don't know if it harms the brds that eat the ones you miss.

just let mine run through fresh peat and they are fine after.never had any dead ones yet.
