Hi all can anybody say why MAC have kept Hutton ponds as two.one would have kept cost down as the fish in the first pond would have been a natural stocking. One decent size pond is better thah two puddles, just my veiw.Unless they are gona keep the back one purely for silver fish. ie Roach,Rudd, skimmers.would love to fish a pond with no Crap (sorry Carp ) in. :)

i did get told last year by someone that the idea of making them all one was a thought when they were working out what they were going to do, but thats as much as i know, personally i quite like the idea of 2 diffrent ponds to choose from, Stocking wise im unsure how they will go about it, a majority silver lake with tench and crucians would suit me :), im like you leave the carp in the other pond, but im sure we will find out eventually, i think once its gets grassed and pegs put in it will look ok, only thing i see a problem from is the wind, that back pond is wide open lol but maybe shrubs and bushes will come in the future, rome wasnt built in a day, or so they reckon  ;D

Some say he has 1 eye and no testicles, others say he has a gimp mask and a snooker ball, All we know is hes called  GEGGY!

i like the idea of just the one pond but i think the club would reither keep it as two, you never know, the new pond might end up been better than the origional once its finished.
