Fishing in Leeds!

Hi,
I thought I'd post this link to my Fishing Blog on here, save me copy and pasting all of my recent fishing expeditions and spamming up the forum. Take a look and let me know what you think!
Alternatively, if you can suggest somewhere to fish in the West Yorkshire (or surrounding) area let me know and I'll do me best to get out there and give it a whirl! Just so you know I presently don't own a Leeds ASA licence but aim to get one for next season.

I update it fairly regularly and should have a new venue post online by the end of the week. Also if you'd like to follow my fishy updates on Twitter, please do!

Yeh there are alot to choose from, but I'm trying to fish my way through the public waters before I join a club, although eventually I would like to get back into match fishing and the clubs have a regular match circuit. Bradford No1 is also something im considering.
Thanks for the info!

Managed to get a blog entry midweek! Will hopefully be the first of many predatory sessions on the Leeds Liverpool canal.
Would really appreciate some feedback/comments/advice either on here or on the blog as my experience deadbait fishing for Pike is a bit limited!
Never the less, check out my first attempt here! -

Thanks Lewy! I subscribed to yours some time ago. Very jealous you got to meet Bob Nudd. I've met him a few times, but never managed to get out on a lake with him.
In other news. If ever your visiting Leeds I cannot recommend this tackle store enough, BobCo Tackle, read the write up here! -

I fished the lower pond recently, it was my second visit to a the pair of nice lakes in search of some of the specimen rudd that the lake holds. Was a tough but enjoyable day. Check out the full report here -

I was recently invited to go along to the netting of a lake (which I have left unnamed at the bailiffs request) to see if the EA could get to the bottom of the depleted head of silver fish. You can read the whole post here! -

Morning All,
Getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of fish I was getting out of the River Aire, recently after an a long a painfully boring morning of Christmas shopping I popped down to the river to have a go at what might be my last fishing trip in Yorkshire before the New Year.
See how I got on here! -
