thankfully my licence can last week not that i ever get ask but the e/a are really starting to p**s me off i called them about 4 foreign lads fishing the leven last week and they did f**k all. some of these balliffs must just go out in a van and sit at a roadside cafe and drink tea and coffee allday really does me head in. and has for anglers fishing the rivers in close season that probs don't even have a licence then get a silly fine like 60.00 well it is perfetic i say 2,500 min fine and 6mths inside if ya caught more than twice oh and only bread and water to live on t**ts.....

Article in last nights Gazette a lot of people were caught fishing the Tees form Stockton to Yarm, apparently they got the boat out after getting reports that people were fishing during the close season, think it said about twenty were caught !!

Cant believe 50 people were caught without a license while fishing the same place , glad to see the EA are cracking down, but didnt realise there were 3 bailiffs....hell ones a rare enough sight in itself..

£24 is buggar all for a years enjoyment and l for one never miss getting mine..packing in the fags and drink helped me have the money so no great deal...just pay and display thats my motto !!

But dont ye think the Oaks etc would ask for licenses before issuing day tickets !!...
No need to ask....big sign saying DISPLAY EA LICENSE....WHEN ASKING FOR DAY TICKETS !!!
